Shobay delivered a trust-wide implementation of workforce technologies, enhancing operational visibility and productivity across a workforce of 7,500 staff. By streamlining systems and introducing automation, manual planning time was reduced by over 30%. This transformation included the implementation of the Oracle ERP rostering system (HealthRoster), the development and rollout of workforce management policies, trust-wide annual leave and absence recording and reporting, automated payroll processing, and the introduction of an online staff duty request system.
